Last sunday, 24/03 my friend and I went to Stirling by coach to visit one of the most famous castles in Scotland. The view from there is breath-taking and it opens to the Highlands. The Stirling Castle has been considered a royal fortress, a palace of pleasures and a  regimental garrison but above all, as stated by our expert Scottish guide, Maureen, the home of the Stuards. Just around here, William Wallace fought against the English to mantain Scottish indipendence.
