Breakfast

This is a part of our breakfast buffet.
At first it was hard for us to think of having a savoury breakfast early in the morning, as in Italy we are used to having a sweet breakfast.
Actually when we tried it we realised it was really good and gave us much energy to work.
Scottish people usually eat a lot in the morning and they are not used to having a rich lunch as Italian people do.
I am very grateful for this astonishing project that is making me try new experiences and that is making me feel as a different person, more open-minded, more tolerant and with broader views about human relationships and lifestyles!
